Pierce your product lid and place in a microwave, heat on full power for 2.5 minutes, pull back film lid stir sauce and reposition lid, microwave for a further minute or untill piping hot
Preheat oven to 170c or gas mark 5, Pierce the foil lid and place in the oven for 20 minutes, take out of oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove lid being cautious of hot steam, ensure product is piping hot and pour onto serving dish, if your product isnt piping hot simply place in the oven for a further 5 minutes
Chicken breast is hot wok fried and stir fried with onion, peppers and Nartnapas Chicken cashew sauce, once portioned cashew nuts and spring onion are sprinkled on top to finish.
