Thai Classic Pad Thai - Rice Noodles hot wok fried in a sweet tamerind sauce with grated carrot, bean sprouts and nuts, topped with sliced chicken Breast

Pad Thai Chicken

    Pierce your product lid and place in a microwave, heat on full power for 2.5 minutes, pull back film lid stir sauce and reposition lid, microwave for a further minute or untill piping hot

    Oven Heating

    Preheat oven to 170c or gas mark 5, Pierce the foil lid and place in the oven for 20 minutes, take out of oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove lid being cautious of hot steam, ensure product is piping hot and pour onto serving dish, if your product isnt piping hot simply place in the oven for a further 5 minutes

  • We heat a wok untill hot and throw in rice noodles, tamerind sauce, bean sprouts, egg and grated carrot, stir fry as hot as possible untill a little toasty, we then portion the noodles, lay sliced chicken breast on top and sprinkle with ground nut and spring onion.
