Thai Duck Red Curry is a Coconut based thai curry with a medium to moderate heat, Roasted and sliced Duck breast is laid on a creamy red curry sauce with various vegetables and fruit, including Tomatoes, Bamboo, Pineapple, Basil and Kafir Lime leaf, Ingredients may vary upon availability.

Thai Duck Red Curry

  • From Refrigerated

    Pierce your product lid and place in a microwave, heat on full power for 2.5 minutes, pull back film lid stir sauce and reposition lid, microwave for a further minute or untill piping hot

    Oven Heating

    Preheat oven to 170c or gas mark 5, Pierce the foil lid and place in the oven for 20 minutes, take out of oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove lid being cautious of hot steam, ensure product is piping hot and pour onto serving dish, if your product isnt piping hot simply place in the oven for a further 5 minutes
