Vegetable Nut Balls over Chilli Basil Noodles

    Pierce your product lid and place in a microwave, heat on full power for 2.5 minutes, pull back film lid stir sauce and reposition lid, microwave for a further minute or untill piping hot

    Oven Heating

    Preheat oven to 170c or gas mark 5, Pierce the foil lid and place in the oven for 20 minutes, take out of oven and leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove lid being cautious of hot steam, ensure product is piping hot and pour onto serving dish, if your product isnt piping hot simply place in the oven for a further 5 minutes

  • First we prepare the balls with blended fresh vegetables and nuts, they are then deep fried until crispy, next we stir fry noodles with Nartnapas noodle sauce and fresh chilli, noodles are laid on the base of the dish and topped with the nut balls to add a little crunch, garnsished with spring onion.
